As Product Manager for the Global Transfer Agency Online sites, I have been successful at creating and maintaining (from inception to BAU) the EMEA TAOnline portals for Advisors, Investors and Clients.
This has included the creation and day to day delivery of the Product Roadmap and Strategy; including 3rd and 4th party vendors and their delivery/release schedules.

Client engagement has been pivotal in the delivery of the roadmap and engaging closely with the client to understand and deliver to their strategy alongside that of BNY has been the basis of the working week.

Additionally as new clients are engaged my role has seen me form part of the RFP, onto creating the client launch once the business has been won, onto getting the client migrated and live and then finally onto keeping the online portals alive and relevant for the client with their tailored Product Roadmap
